How do you define a school?
School is basically a simpler way of saying - an educational institute. This includes kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, vocational schools, college prep schools, sunday schools, universities. Businesses should use Padlet Teams product. If you are not sure if you qualify as a school, contact us and we'll tell you.
Who is a teacher?
Anyone employed with the school is considered a teacher. Sorry for the generalized definition dear teachers, but we had to go for simplicity on this one.
I am a single teacher. Is Backpack meant for me?
Our Pro plans are better for single teachers. No administration required. It just works!
I am a school district. Is Backpack meant for me?
Depending on the size of the district and your requirements, either Backpack or Pro plan may work. Contact us and we will set you up.
Can I integrate with Learning Management Systems (aka LMS)?
Yes. We work with all LTI compatible LMS.
Can I get an official quotation?

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, for schoolwide accounts. Please email your purchase orders to memberships@padlet.com.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, for schoolwide accounts.
What is your refund policy?
Depending on when your subscription started, you may be eligible for a refund. You can read more about our refund policy here.
I have a lot of data in my vanilla padlet account. Can I transfer that to my Padlet Backpack account?
Of course. Upon signup, one of the first things you'll see is an option to import your data from your vanilla padlet account. This includes all your padlets, posts, and even other accounts you have collaborated with. You can either import everything, or pick piecewise.
If I don't like Padlet Backpack after 30 days, can I put the content I created into my vanilla padlet account?
Yes you can. Just email us at hello@padlet.com.
How do I cancel my account?
Just email us at hello@padlet.com. We'll cancel your account in less than 24 hours.
